Readers beware...

...I'm allowed to complain every once in a while, right?? So proceed with caution.
There are so many things annoying me right now I just need to get it all out! (well some of it)

1) The defective elevator. Alright, so the elevator in our apartment building has decided to go possessed. For the last 4 days, it's been flying between floors opening and closing the doors at every stop, no, more like SLAMMING the doors. No one is inside the elevator, mind you. This wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that it happens to be RIGHT OUTSIDE our apartment! It's so frantic that every 10 seconds I hear a loud rumble and if you're in our bedroom, you can actually feel the wall shake. A mini-earthquake if you will. Hmm... needless to say, I haven't been getting any sleep because the dang things runs 24/7 and keeps me up all night. So.. sadly, last night I had to sleep in the spare room on the other side of the apartment (where you can still hear and feel the elevator but not AS bad) without my husband! (cause he sleeps through anything!) Not to mention, I believe that elevator is now unsafe to ride in, which means the stairs for me. UGH. I will be complaining to management today. In a nice way of course. :-)

2) The downsides to pregnancy. Okay okay, I know it's bad to complain about this because there is this amazing life growing inside me, but I can't help to feel irritated sometimes. Not with the baby of course, but with the upset my body is going though.
Nausea, vomiting, headaches, nose bleeds, sore "upper body", dehydration, constant urge to pee but nothing comes out (this is very VERY uncomfortable by the way), fatigue, tingles in my hands and feet all the time, breakouts, bloating, taking a shower makes me sick... okay you get the point.
So I must mention that this has been going on for almost 8 weeks now. The throwing up part might be the worst because I feel starved all the time and that sucks. I keep thinking to to myself "There's no way this can go on much longer, right?" Let's hope there's some truth to that. I'm 13.5 weeks along and everyone tells me that most women feel relief from these symptoms the beginning of the their 2nd trimester. I hope so cause I need to go back to work!! (yeah, it's that bad!) OKAY BUT THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL! I just know that when I see our baby Chiappini, it will ALL be worth it and more!

3) The Samsung Behold. So last week I gave up my blackberry (it's a long story, it wasn't really my choice) This is a very trivial thing to complain about but it's my blog so I will anyway. I'm using this phone that Philip won through his work. This touch screen piece of poo. I don't like it and I want my Pearl back. Nuff said.

4) The Sauna. Yes, we live in a Sauna. Although I adore our location and our beautiful view it's a little much for me to handle at this point in my life. Actually, normally I don't mind the hot weather and a hot apartment. However, when you're sick to your stomach all day - believe me, the heat makes it WORSE! So therefore, it annoys me. For now anyway. I'm sure as soon as this all passes I will be back to loving life as usual :-)

If you've made it this far, I'm seriously impressed. Don't mind me, though, I'm just hormonal I'm sure, and probably suffering from cabin fever. I've been cooped up in our house now for going on 8 weeks and am a little delusional.

You didn't warn me about the elevator before I came over the other day! I didn't notice hearing it though when we were inside.
And all the other stuff will get better too, but not soon enough for you I'm sure.

That is crazy, your pregnancy symptoms are exactly how I felt my last pregnancy! Except for the shower thing...I couldn't brush my teeth without getting sick all over the place and I had to brush my teeth at least twice a day so ya. I hope it gets better for you, I know mine got better and then was on and off during the whole thing. But you are right, when you see your sweet baby you will forget all of the discomfort!

I bet you feel better after venting. At least I hope you do. I always do. I may need to vent soon too on my blog. Moving is no fun.
