Christmas 2009

This year was pretty awesome! Some of Philips family is in town and we've loved spending time with them this Christmas! We headed over to Nichole's Christmas Eve to spend some time with the family. Philip's brother, Paul, makes some really good Gumbo, we enjoyed it very much! Yum!
Kelly's daughters (Philip's sister) and Alison came over for a sleep over at our place that Eve, we played a bunch of games and by 11:30 the girls were ready for bed.
(Alison, Macquel, Gabby... and Jeffrey of course)

Even Jeffrey got in on the fun!

We tracked Santa right before they went to bed, and he was in Seattle, WA! Go figure!

Night Night Girls!

(Ali was so excited it was Christmas Eve)

I wonder how late those little stinkers were up goofing around because when I came in the bedroom Christmas morning to wake them up - Alison said "I'm so tired I don't' want to get up!!".. I told her that all her presents and gifts from Santa were waiting for her at home and she replied "I don't care, I don't wanna go home, I don't wanna get up!" "HA ha ha not a typical response from a 4 y/o on Christmas, but she realized it was ACTUALLY Christmas morning, she hopped right outta bed.

.... and it was back to Nichole's Christmas morning were all the Santa Gifts were waiting for them!

Chiappini Siblings: Philip, Paul & Racquel. Dang... I should've grabbed Nichole for this photo!

Alison ripping open her presents!

Philip helping to make breakfast!

Amy in one of the new dress up outfits!

Just opened my gift from Nichole, a Coach diaper bag! Thanks Nichole! I love it. It will last forever!

Everyone all tuckered out after like 3 hours of opening presents.

Headed over to my Mom's about 2PM for more Christmas joy!

Philip's happy face when he opened his Xbox game. Call of Duty: Modern Warcraft. Great... now I know what I have to look forward to! :-)

Michael serenading us with Christmas jingles before dinner!

And..... nap time.

The End.

We had such a great Christmas with all of our family! We are so blessed and grateful for their love and support.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and kept in mind the true meaning behind all the food, presents and decorations! I know we did.

Loving Jeffrey's outfit changes. Sounds like you guys had a great Christmas. I also noticed you must have stolen ALL your mom's decorations ;)

So funny how Alison has the same grin in every photo!
Looking forward to next year with little Clark to add to our family celebration!

My husband has that game and it went out the window once Logan arrived... He has been too busy to play it, so make sure he gets his video game time in before your little one arrives! :)
