beautiful snow and traffic jams.

YAY! It's snowed yesterday! I love looking out and seeing those little flurries falling. Something about it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

Yes, of course I had to bundle up the babe in his adorable snowsuit and take him out to play. Well.. he really couldn't do much, but it was fun to see his reaction. He pretty much just looked weirded out by it. I'm not sure he knew what to think. Ha ha.

And you'll have to excuse the quality of these photos... *most* of them were taken with my point & shoot and of course the flash fired. {barf, i hate flash}. But whatever! I'm just happy to have photos to document this year's first snow. And Bennett's first time experiencing it!

I realized that I pretty much have no snow gear. Lame. But I guess why would I? Seattle isn't known for it's snowy winters or anything.

this is a yucky picture of me, but i love his face in this one.

Jeffrey isn't too fond of the snow. He is a pansy. But I guess I can't blame him. He's tiny.
love those doggy prints!!

{ these doggy pictures where taken with my canon 7D }

..........later that evening............
this is RIGHT outside my complex. major traffic jam. my poor hubby was stuck in this mess. when it snows in seattle, better to just stay in. no one has 4WD and no one knows that when you're going up a hill you DO NOT stop. you will just make it worse. blah.

Aww. I love puppy prints in the snow! And look how beautiful it is! I'm jealous. Here in PA, it's doing anything but snowing. Yesterday we had our heat off because it was 62 degrees! I am about to take the Christmas decorations out just to make it feel like it's actually the holiday season. Sigh.

So pretty! I'm in the midwest and we are bracing for a snowstorm tomorrow and into Thanksgiving morning. Looking forward to some photo ops. :) Your little guy is adorable and my kids were also weirded out by th snow the first time they saw it... just 10 days ago!

Pretty snow and yucky traffic. I am not sure why people go so slow up hills when it's sowing...don't they know you need momentum and a constant pace? Sheesh!

We should get the pups together to play in the snow! plus I wanna see Bennett in that outfit!

I am still waiting on the pretty blanket of snow... impatiently. We had one about a month ago but it melted. EVERYWHERE but here seems to be getting it. I feel like snow is essential for Christmas spirit.

These are beautiful pictures! I love that you're up on a hill looking over the town, that's so cool! That traffic does look bad- but don't go to DC in the snow either- people can't drive and there's TONS of traffic daily.

Oh how I can't wait for it to snow here! We've had little flurries here or there but I'm just hoping for a downpour sometime soon! P.S. Your dog is super cute and I'm sorta jealous! Have a wonderful day!

wow! snow! i could have worn shorts today here in north carolina. it was cold this morning but it definitely warmed up. i would prefer snow only because it is so hard to get in the christmas spirit in shorts. i can only imagine what it's like in florida. and btw, nc doesn't know how to drive in the snow either. it might snow once every year but it usually doesn't stick around for more than a day.

that looks awesome though (despite my feelings about snow). it's kinda nice to have snow every once in a while.

I actually think the photos look GREAT! Almost looks like an action; hey, it's the p&s action! No really, I love it. Snow is so beautiful, but I sure don't like it! :-) Make sure not to send it my way. ;-)

I'm so glad I left work early yesterday. That commute home sounded like a nightmare. 4WD won't help in sheet ice!

You guys make cute snow babes. Do you have a tan?!
