One of those days.

You know those days when you just can't get stuff done? Ya, that's my day today.

I did manage to get to Costco to get some more Christmas shopping done, but beyond that... I'm a mess. My apartment is a mess. I can't get anything done. I'm having one of those days, where I look around me-- and I think about all the things I need to do and I'm just overwhelmed.

Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, gift wrapping, returns to make.. I just don't feel like battling it today.

And I've determined it's almost impossible to  wrap Christmas presents with a curious 10 month old roaming around. Forget it.

Anyway, how's your day going?

I'll trade you. I'm doing payroll for 300+ employees. I'm going cross eyed. I bet you can't wait for naptime!

Um...yeah...I hear ya!!! I have all that to do and I'm here at work with 34 6th graders counting down the minutes until their winter vacation! They are CRAZY! So, right now I am pumping while eating a chocolate bar...that's right...that's my lunch today! My hope for you is that Bennett takes a GREAT nap so you can either get something done...OR take a minute for yourself and do NOTHING...because you need that too : )

I know how you feel, I've definitely been having a lot of those days this month.

Hang in there and just try to do the simplest task from you're list!

my days always go like that. I either get done stuff during naptime or when she goes to sleep! ha

I know the feeling! I've had quite a few of those myself. I rely heavily on naptime for things that I crucially need to get done (besides the vacumming! ha!).

And, I tryed cutting out snowflakes to hang on the windows for a party with an 11-month old crawling around. Doesn't work much better than wrapping (:

I hope your day gets better and you tackle that to-do list!

Oh, this sounds like me..everyday.

I have been needing to clean my office for..ever, I feel like..so today, I literally just shoveled ALL of the papers, bills, junk, books, cd's, etc that had piled (and I mean PILED..) on my desk into the drawer. Then closed the drawer. I'll save that drawer for another day. Or maybe not lol..

For once, I was able to get something done today. The bed is actually made, dishes done, took out trash. I was able to shower. This never happens though. I know how you feel!
Hope tomorrow is better for you :)

I'm having the same problem today! I did get to watch Parker Ray today so that did buy me some time with the two kids playing to get the dishes done but that was it. I think us mom's just have to have these kind of days sometimes :)Hope tomorrow is better for ya!

I feel ya - I've been trying to get my daughter's preschool teacher's gifts finished up and of course she wants to "help." It's tough but I find that if I say, out loud "someday I'm going to miss this" it makes me feel a little better...a little :)
