Visiting with Santa. Kinda.

As predicted, Bennett kinda freaked out (in a crying, screaming, scared kind of way) when I tried to get his photo with Santa this year!! I guess it's the typical 2 y/o Santa reaction, right?

Don't let this first photo fool you just because he's smiling and happy! This was just minutes after a complete meltdown. You will also notice how I'm in this picture. Blah. I really didn't intend on being in any photos, which is why I'm dressed in my scrubby clothes with next to no make-up. Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do.

And here is the attempt at putting Bennett on Santa's lap. Ba ha ha. It's quite comical actually. Bennett wasn't having ANY of it, and Santa seems absolutely mortified.  Poor guy.

Yah I don't think I am even going to bother this year.  Daisy will flip but, I'm bummed...on the other hand that picture is pricless in my opinion! He will laugh at that when he gets older:)

My 3 year old Grandson loves Santa for the first time ever and my two year old Granddaughter still isn't quite sure.  I bet Bennett will love him next year.  Blessings to you!

Is it bad that I almost enjoy the fussy santa pictures more? Lol!

That second picture is absolutely PRICELESS! I literally laughed out loud. What a difference from last year's photo, where he was just staring at Santa in a daze. :)

I am going to be honest, i skimmed through the pictures before actually reading the post. i saw the first picture and thought, "oh, hey that's cute! bennett is doing great and seems to be happy!" then i scrolled down and saw the second photo and literally laughed out loud. probably one of the funniest santa pics i have seen in a while.

surprisingly, i almost didn't even take elijah to see santa because he is so mortified of strangers and i thought he would have a meltdown as well, but we got up there and he did perfect. i actually got a little tear in my eye seeing how good he was doing. phoenix was the one i had to worry about. she's the oldest out of my younger three and i seriously thought she was going to have a panic attack as we made our way to santa's lap. she didn't cry but she was shaking she was so nervous.

Oh hahahahaha! Best santa photo I've seen this year!!
We attempted a santa photo with all 11 kids on my husbands side of the family...my two youngest nieces both pooped their nappies while we were in the queue, poor santa couldn't wait to be rid of us!

I love the screaming pics, so hilarious. I contemplated getting in the pic with Lily, but we just kept the tears. Funny memories at least!
