Dear Valentines Day, we don't really know each other that well, because honestly, I've never been a big fan of you. But I've decided that I'm going to try to do better in the coming years, to take the time to celebrate you a little more. I think as the kids get older, it will be more fun. Even if you are just a Hallmark holiday, the principle of showing love & appreciation is a good one. So, you win.
Dear Toddler, you had a rough start to the week with many many many meltdowns and tantrums, but I am thankful that you have settled down a little the past day or two and have been much sweeter and a little more well behaved. I love you my dear boy.
Dear Seattle, I have a love/hate relationship with you. You are beautiful with all of your lush greenery and amazing views of the mountains and many many lakes. I all that you have to offer. However, the constant grey skies and the drizzle/rain gets a little old. I will just be honest and say I'm ready for Spring. I am dying for a little warmer weather and at least a little sunshine.
Dear Laundry, I'm kinda sick of you. You are never-ending and always taking up way too much space all over the floor. I mean, why don't you put yourself away, mmm k?
Dear Hair, I really think short & blonde is perfect right now. I feel so much better just being me, now that you have gotten your act together. I'm pretty happy with you at the moment.
Dear Readers, thank you thank you thank you for always being there!!! You make my world go round.
