Fox Hollow Farm

It's been a few days since I've blogged, but I promise there are GOOD reasons!

Reason #1, THE SUN HAS BEEN OUT IN THE PAC NORTHWEST. And when the sun comes out around here, you don't mess around inside on the computer -- you get your booty out in the sun and soak up that vitiman D. The kids and I have been at the beach, the park, on walks, and at playdates for the past 3 days and we have been loving it.

Reason #2 that the blog has been quiet, I've been working out in the evenings. So even after the sun goes down, I have been racing off to Rizzmic class when Philip comes home from work and then when I get home at 8:00, I shower and basically go to bed. Wayyy to tired to stay up and blog.

So there's that.

But here I am, staying up late to blog about our little adventure today. I put both the kiddos down for early naps and then around lunch time, we went off to Fox Hollow Farm for the afternoon. And we were joined by my sister and my nephew, which we loved.

Fox Hollow Farm has everything a little kid's little heart could possibly desire. A petting zoo, pony rides, a candy shop, ATV's, creekside picnics, train rides, bounce houses, and jumbo sized playhouses. Bennett was in heaven, pure heaven. And Easton, well he just sat in his stroller. lol.

So happy this place is only 15-20 minutes from my house. I think we will be visiting this farm a lot this Summer!

Also, I got a little bit sun burned today. WTH.

When the sun first comes out, I have major issues figuring out how to balance it all. I just want to take my son and frolic in the sun so I don't have a clue what to do. The farm looks like fun, fun!

That farm looks like so much fun! I went to their website, but couldn't find if it said where it's located, so was wondering if you could tell me. I live in Orting, WA and would love to take my grandsons the next time they visit.

Also - good job getting your workout done in spite of a busy day!

That's the cutest place ever, ever, ever, ever! We have to work hard to find places which have fun things for little kids. I think we are going to try and go the the science spectrum again sometimes soon. :) Which is two hours away, if we want to do something fun along those lines is a drive of 4 to 8 hours O_o;

Wow what an amazing place! We are not too far from a few farms where we live- and most of them offer a nice petting zoo and some other things for kids to do - but that by far looks much better! LOL Sometimes ya just don't feel like blogging and I've learned it's quite OK - nothing wrong with it. Enjoy your happy life :) (from your Yankee fan friend Skye) haha!
