Five on Friday Vol. 4

ONE // I kinda went on a shopping rampage the other day. I enjoy shopping for the boys a lot more than I do myself. And plus? Who ever said boys clothes aren't cute?! I beg to differ. I have just been in love with H&M and Old Navy's boys clothing!! So I stocked up on warm sweaters and pants for the kiddos. I highly suggest you check them out. Old Navy frequently runs sales online (and you can return in store if you need to). And H&M is just plain affordable and their stuff is so stinkin' cute. Oh, and for the first time EVER, I got the boys matching sweaters!! I'm not really into the "matchy matchy" thing with kids, but I figured I might as well at least do it once while their still little and it's still kinda cute!

TWO // Preschool is going so well for Bennett!! He just LOVES it! When we pull up, he can't get out of the car fast enough to run in and greet his teacher and classmates. And when I go to pick him up, he whines and says "I don't' wanna go home". I guess I'm kinda boring compared to school? lol. But I'm really glad he's enjoying himself and I just love that he brings home a cute little craft every day.

THREE // It has cooled down quite a bit around the Pacific Northwest! But you know what? I'm going to try not to complain. I actually really like the fall, and am really looking forward to pumpkin patches, corn mazes, fuzzy boots, hot cocoa, and halloween!! And bring on the leggings and sweaters!! I call this my "mom attire".

FOUR// Also for the first time ever, I hired a professional house cleaning service! And let me tell ya, it was awesome. My sink, oven, microwave, refrigerator, floors, bathrooms... totally spotless. Why have I never done this before?! It's nice to have help with the tedious chores that I never get around to! I think this might be something I consider doing more often. :)

FIVE // Did you see my post yesterday about the Wendy's Sweepstakes? We entered our video, and I kinda think Easton is the cutest kid ever to eat their Grilled Flatbread sandwiches and I think we should win the $6000. lol.

So what are you guys up to this weekend?!!

I'm shocked this is the first time you've bought them matching sweaters! My baby isn't due until November, but I already have some matching shirts for him and big brother, lol.

I totally agree about shopping for the kids. Its so much more fun!! BTW where did you get your striped sweatshirt? {its looks very comfy!}

I would love to hire a cleaning lady for like once a month to give the house a good cleaning. I wonder if I could talk my hubby into it.

I was just at H&M the other day admiring their boys clothes! I have a girl so I totally said if I ever have a boy I will go there! Your kitchen is beautiful. :)

I totally think you should take the opportunity to dress your kids in matching clothes a few times before they are old enough to revolt! :P

Nothing wrong at all with hiring a pro housekeeper. That is awesome!! Sometime I should do that! I mean who has time for the nitty gritty details?! I am not looking forward to cleaning our (rental) place when we move to a house! Ugh! Having a housecleaner would make it awesome! I LOVE all the cute sweaters! Hello fall!! That's nice you dress the boys individually! I mean matching is totally cute but it's nice for them to have an individual thing going too!

We have been talking about having someone come in even once a month to do some of the things that I just pass over when I need to get other things done. Even us stay at home moms can use some help once in a while!

lovin your mom attire. Seriously H&M clothes are now my favorite, I noticed on ig when you posted the fox sweater (that I am tempted to buy for my girl!) that we went on a shopping spree there the same day-however I have to do online:(

Your boys are adorable! I've been thinking about hiring a professional cleaner as well... now to decide how often to do it!! I have a feeling I might get addicted... have a great weekend!

Can I just say that you have such a nice kitchen! I'm pro-professional cleaner. Sometimes you need someone to give the house a nice clean through so it's easier to maintain!

I love checking out Old Navy for kid's clothing too. I found lots of adorable sweaters and leggings for my daughter there recently. And cute pajamas too!

I'm so jealous of your cleaning service! I'd love to have my microwave, fridge, and oven deep cleaned. Those appliances are always neglected.

I hate when people say that boy clothes are no fun! I adore shopping for my boys too and find the cutest stuff! Now a girl.. I wouldn't known what to do or how to dress one of those! Haha

If I had two boys I would dress them alike all.the.time. Looks like you got some very cute clothes for them.

I still haven't used my birthday cleaning service present. I am kind of holding out until the day before we have a party (we are going to plan our chili cook-off soon!) so I can focus on food prep instead of cleaning.

I love that black and white sweater, super cute.
