Stitch Fix #11 - Hangbags!!

Whoa!!! My last Stitch Fix post was back in December! Crazy!! It was a good little break, yes? But I'm ready to start filling up my closet with clothes for Spring so here we go again! :) I was impressed with this fix! Gosh I just love this service, what a cool idea. Wish I had come up with it myself, because really, how many times are you sitting at home, shuffling through your closet and think to yourself... "Ugh, wish some new clothing would just show up at my door!" lol. Anyway, onto the good stuff...

If you need the details about Stitch Fix, here's the info:

You go to stitchfix.com and you create your style profile. Then the Stitch Fix stylists hand pick 5 items for you to try on. They send the clothing pieces directly to your house, you try them on and decide what to keep (if anything) and then you send back what you don't want. Easy peasy.
  • There's a $20 styling fee, which you can use toward your order. (that's awesome!!)
  • If you keep all 5 items you receive 25% off your order.
  • You choose your price range
  • The more feedback you give on the pieces sent to you, the better they get over time. So be sure to be very specific to your stylists so that they can send you things you'll love.
Oh and because I'm like to mix things up, I decided to move my little mirror downstairs as to spare you from the disaster that is my room right now. lol.

Item #1 - Alessandra Striped & Colorbocked Blouse
Whoa. How awesome is this top?? And come on you guys, you knew I was going to pull out my favorite mustard cardigan to pair with it. I freaking love this cardi, I wear it with everything! Okay but back to the blouse. The colors, the pattern, the length. It all adds up to perfection to me.

Item #2 - Wrenn V-Neck Jersey Top
Umm. I'm not super into this shirt. The color is awesome, but the style isn't really something I enjoy. So I'm going to pass on this one, for sure.

Item #3 - Gabe Striped Maxi Skirt
If you know me at all, you know that I basically live in maxi skirts in the warmer months. They are so stinking comfortable and breathable. So it's safe to say that this skirt was right up my alley.

Items #4 & #5- Esten Button Up Blouse AND the Melanie Canvas Duck Bag
Wait, Stitch Fix is sending handbags now?! I didn't think I could love this company anymore, but now, I sorta do. I love both this navy blue blouse and this bag. Plus, I think they are cute together. I like the combination of blues together. I am still undecided on the blouse, but I am definitely keeping the bag. I think it is perfect for Spring & Summer, I love that it goes across my body. And I'm also digging canvas lately. I feel like it's super durable and perfect for outtings with the kiddos.

Thanks Stitch Fix!!!

So what do you guys think about the items I got this time? What do you like and what would you send back?!

I ADORE that first shirt and definitely do not like the second one. The neckline seems so weird, like it ends in the wrong spot, if that makes sense?

I got the same green top in my fix today, but I loved how it fit on me. So cool how the same piece of clothing looks different on different bodies! I am jealous I didn't get your first top, though!

It can take a while to find the right balance. I wasn't happy with 2 and 3, but by 5, they are nailing it. Giving them pinterest inspiration also seems to help.

I love your fix! I got that same V-neck Wrenn top in my fix and I felt the exact same way you did about it (I'll probably request no "funky" necklines in the future). I love your first and last outfits and am jealous of your picks :)
