Kelsey Creek Farm

Bennett is out of school this week for Spring break and to say I am excited, is an understatement. See, I made a promise to myself that I would be the kind of Mom that took her kids places and let them experience things. We may not go on vacations a lot, but we do have a ton of things to do around the Seattle area and I plan to take full advantage. So when the sun comes out and it's 70 degrees outside, you better believe we're out enjoying ourselves, because I refuse to coop myself up in the house when there is so much fun and Vitamin D to be had :)

Yesterday, we hung out at Kelsey Creek Farm for the day. We visited the farm animals, frolicked over bridges, threw rocks in the creek, climbed the beautiful big cherry trees, and ate lunch in the meadow. We did all the things you imagine you would do on a gorgeous Spring day. And the best part was that both of the kids were in fantastic moods, no meltdowns or fighting. That's always bonus.

And of course, now it's time to dump photos! :)

Your mom took pictures of my now 6 year old there when he was 2 and they are some of my favorites - that place has so much to explore!
