Universal Studios '14

I can't believe our vacation is already almost over!! I've very much enjoyed being down here in California. Our boys LOVE hanging out with their cousins, and we've gotten to do all kinds of awesome California-ish things. The first, was Universal Studios Hollywood! We decided to leave our boys with my Sister-in-law and one of their cousins for the day, so that we could enjoy the experience a little more! Especially since my kids are too little to go on most of the rides. So my Husband, my brother-in-law, and my niece, and I went by ourselves :-)

I was a little worried that since we planned to go to Universal on a Saturday, the lines would be so long we wouldn't be able to get on any of the attractions without a super long wait. But I was actually surprised that the crowds weren't too bad at all! We also had Front Of The Line passes, which helped a ton! They give you one-time priority access to each ride, show, and attraction at the park. I highly recommend them if you're going to be visiting on a high traffic day.

Being at this theme park brought back tons of memories from when I was a kid. I remember going on the Jurassic Park ride over & over, and over again. And honestly, I love it just as much as an adult as I did as a kid. Some of my other favorite attractions at Universal is Transformers 3D, Revenge of the Mummy, and the Waterworld Show.

*I was provided Front Of The Line passes to Universal Studios Hollywood, but all opinions are my own.

My kids thought it was so awesome that we got to meet Gru!

This was our 4th time on the Jurassic Park ride! We may or may not have gone a few more times after this...  ;-)

Have you been to Universal Studios??? What is your favorite attraction?

My husband and I went to Universal Studios in Orlando two years ago and LOVED it. I've been dreaming of going to the California location as it has been about 20 years since my last visit. Thanks for sharing!

We have Annual Passes to the Orlando park and we go quite often. It was pretty nice seeing the differences and similarities between the two parks by looking at your pictures!

I've been and LOVE it! So much fun. I haven't been in years and would love to get back soon. Looks like you had fun. I don't think I've ever noticed how tall your hubby is!
