Make Tooth Brushing Exciting With Firefly Toothbrushes

*I participated in this sponsored campaign on behalf of Firefly® and One2One Network. All opinions stated are my own.

Personal hygiene is something that I feel like should come so naturally, but like everything else, it needs to be taught. And actually, statistics show that 90% of parents have trouble getting their children to brush their teeth. And for something as essential as tooth brushing, I don't know about you, but I want things to go smoothly. No way am I going to deal with that battle every time. And as a Mom of two little kids, I don't mind (in fact I love it) when companies go out of their way to put thought into their products, to make them enjoyable for my boys. Like, these Firefly® toothbrushes for instance.

These particular Firefly® toothbrushes are Star Wars themed. But they also have Hello Kitty, Angry Birds, Marvel and more!

They came equipped with an light-up timer, interactive flashing lights that help to guide your kids through brushing 60 seconds on both their top and bottom rows of teeth. They also come with protective caps to keep the brush clean, and are ADA approved. Sounds good to me, honestly.

So, it's safe to say that my kids were pretty stoked when I showed them their new tooth brushes. They were wiggling around and begging to go upstairs and literally couldn't wait to brush their teeth. Bennett chose the blue ObiWan Light Saber brush, and Easton wanted the Red Darth Vader Light Saber brush. Thankfully there was no arguing, they were both just impressed when they pushed the button on the front and saw them illuminate.

Honestly, I had a hard time getting them to STOP brushing their teeth, which isn't a bad problem to have I suppose ;-) But I'm happy to have these to help get them excited about not only brushing their teeth, but also bedtime. Because we all know how important bed time is, right??

And here's something fun, head over to the Firefly® Facebook page and take part in the #BrushBattle sweepstakes! Enter your info, and you will have a chance to win a trip for four to a California Theme Park!! I'm totally entering. :-)

I highly highly recommend these toothbrushes for people that have kids that don't enjoy brushing, they are sure to encourage them and make the experience more enjoyable. I mean, I recommend these for anyone really, kids love them!

Oh my Jonah would love one of those! HE's obsessed with toothbrushes. He currently has one for morning and one for night and his old one ... just in case. Oh and one at my mom's house.

Awesome! I need to get one of these for my 5yo. He definitely does not brush long enough unless his father or I do it for him.
