When we got there, the first thing we did was stop to get him an official Birthday Button, with his name on it. It was so cute, because at every ride, restaurant, and even just strolling down the sidewalk - staff members would take the time to stop and say "Happy Birthday, Bennett!" It really did make his day that much more memorable and special. I could see it in his face every time someone wished him a Happy Birthday <3
We ended up with a beautiful day to spend at the park, it was perfect and in the 70's. As soon as we walked through the gate, the boys were already remembering and requesting certain rides from the last time we visited CA Adventure. Mickey's Fun Wheel is always a hit, which still baffles me, because that thing is enormous & goes super super high. Other favorites were Maters Junkyard Jamboree, Monsters Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue, and Radiator Springs Racers. We didn't actually make it onto The Toy Story MidwayMania, which the kids were pretty bummed about... but we did almost every other thing on the list, so I call it a win! And I even got Easton to ride Goofy's Fly School (a medium sized coaster), and he loved it! Such a trooper.
Happy (belated) Birthday my love!!! You are so special to us. We love you so very much!
